Program Description

 Love doing research? Our Engineering Chemistry major is the right choice for you! You’ll work in instructional laboratories to learn about the chemistry and materials technology underlying modern materials engineering. Our program emphasizes a strong background in physical chemistry, infused with an orientation toward the solid-state sciences and materials technology. You’ll be able to work towards American Chemical Society Certification, which recognizes students who achieve the skills for entry into the chemistry profession.
