Building Maintenance Course

Program Description
The building maintenance class is designed to give students the skills needed to start a career as a building maintenance technician. The course is broken into four distinct skill areas, all taught by experienced craftspeople. The class covers many skills needed by entry-level building maintenance technicians, including rough carpentry (framing), basic plumbing maintenance and repair, basic electrical maintenance and repair, and interior finishes (drywall, paint, finish carpentry).
